Guidelines

Please read carefully before booking or operating any vehicle.

Charging

  • Vehicles are released at 80% battery and must be returned at the same level.
  • If the car is returned below 80%, a $25 charging fee will apply.
  • A $50 deposit is required for charging, which covers two full charges for all EVs except Cybertrucks.
  • Cybertrucks require a $100 deposit, which also covers two charges per pay.

Battery Care

  • To avoid battery damage or malfunction, please do not allow charge to fall below 30%.
  • A $25 fee will be charged if battery level drops below 30%.
  • Remove the vehicle from the charger immediately after charging is complete to avoid system errors or damage.
  • Tesla may charge additional idle fees for remaining plugged in — these fees will be passed on to the renter.

Traveling Boundaries

  • All vehicles must remain within the Tri-County Area: Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County.
  • Traveling outside of this area requires pre-approval and will result in an extra charge, based on distance.
  • Unauthorized travel outside approved zones may result in penalty fees or termination of the rental agreement.

Distance & Mileage

  • Daily rentals include up to 200 miles per day.
  • Weekly rentals include up to 750 miles per week.
  • Additional miles will be billed at $0.50 per mile beyond the included mileage.

Speed Limit

  • Vehicles are set with a maximum speed limit of 105 mph for safety.
  • If a driver attempts to bypass the limit, Wallstreet’s Toys will be alerted.
  • After the third speeding alert, a $25 fee will be applied.

No Smoking

  • Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
  • If smoke is detected, a $250 cleaning fee will be applied.
  • This policy is enforced for health and cleanliness.

Damages

  • Renters are fully responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period.
  • You will be held accountable for all repair or replacement costs.
  • Wallstreet’s Toys reserves the right to pursue legal action if damages are not resolved.

Tolls & Tickets

  • If you receive toll or ticket violations during your rental, they will be emailed to the address on file.
  • If not resolved within 7 days, Wallstreet’s Toys may pursue legal action and additional fees.

Law Violations

Illegal substances, alcohol, or criminal activity are strictly prohibited in all rental vehicles.

  • Violations will result in termination of rental, loss of deposit, and possible legal consequences.
  • Renters will be held accountable for any actions that violate state or federal law.
